This role is suitable for someone with solid project management experience who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\nWhat will you do\nAs a Medior Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to delivery. Your responsibilities include:\nManage engineering and construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, internal teams, and other project stakeholders.\nMonitor project progress, budget, quality, risks, and timelines.\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.\nSupport project proposals, estimates, and tender/RFP processes when required.\nEnsure project activities comply with company standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.\nIdentify project risks and support mitigation plans.\nLead project meetings and follow up on action items.\nWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and operational issues.\nSupport continuous improvement in project delivery and team coordination.\n\nWhere you will work\nYou will be based in Haskoning Indonesia Head Office in South Jakarta, Indonesia, and work closely with the Industry & Buildings team. You may also collaborate with colleagues, clients, and project teams across different locations, depending on project needs.\nWhat you bring\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field.\nAround 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management.\nProfessional experience in consultancy.
