You will be based in one of our South African offices and report to the Director International Finance, Tax & Compliance.\nApproximately 80 Haskoning employees currently work in South Africa. You will collaborate with local management and colleagues across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR and Global Mobility. This gives you the opportunity to influence both the day-to-day financial operation and the continued growth and professionalisation of our South African organisation.\nWhat you bring\nYou are an experienced finance professional who works confidently and independently in an international environment. You combine strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach. You can move between detailed financial matters and broader business priorities, building trusted relationships with local and international stakeholders.\nYou also bring:\nA university degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, preferably combined with a professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.\nAt least five to seven years of progressive experience in financial control, accounting or finance management.\nStrong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls and South African tax and statutory requirements.\nExperience working in an international or matrix organisation, with proven business-partnering and stakeholder-management skills.\nProficiency with ERP systems; experience with AWB and Oracle Fusion is an advantage.\nWhat you can expect from us\nAt Haskoning, we believe that the well-being of our employees is essential to our shared success.
