This position is contingent upon award.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nMaintain a comprehensive database of alumni information, including contact details, graduation data, and professional achievements.\nFacilitate communication with alumni via email, newsletters, and social media platforms to promote engagement and share relevant updates.\nCollect and analyze alumni feedback to assess the effectiveness of support services and identifyareas for improvement.\nManage alumni inquiries and provide prompt, accurateresponses to ensure high levelsof satisfaction.\nSupport the development and distribution of marketing materials that highlight alumni success stories and institutional achievements.\nCollaborate with academic departments to develop programs that support alumni professional development and lifelong learning.\nPrepare regular reports on alumni engagement metrics, including participation rates, event attendance, etc. \nConduct outreach to newly graduated alumni to introduce available support services and encourage ongoing engagement.\nUpdate alumni profiles and contact information regularly to ensure accuracy and support effective communication.\nRequiredQualifications\nExperience in alumni relations, customer service, program coordination, or administrative support.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience maintainingdatabases and preparing reports.\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.\nActive Secret (Tier 3) Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting higher education, military education, or nonprofit organizations.\nExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) or alumni database systems.\nExperience coordinating events, communications, or outreach programs.\nThis document is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all job-related activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
