This position provides business operations, financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement support to assistleadership with budget execution, resource management, and operational planning. This position is contingent upon award.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nSupport CDET Business Operations with financial planning and execution activities.\nAssistin preparing training and conference support packages.\nDevelop and maintainthe annual budget phasing plan.\nTrack and report funding execution, including phasing, authorizations, commitments, obligations, expenses, and liquidations.\nCreate charts, dashboards, and reports illustrating planned versus actual spending.\nAnalyze business processes and recommend workflow improvements.\nDevelop automated business solutions using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams).\nPrepare reports and briefings for leadership decision-making.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nThree (3) years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, budget execution, or business operations.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Microsoft 365 applications.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nActive Secret (Tier 3) Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting the Department of Defense or Federal Government.\nExperience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.\nKnowledge of DoD budget execution or financial managementprocesses.\nThis document is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all job-related activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
