Civil Design and Technical Solutions\nDesign civil infrastructure including roads, roadway geometry, stormwater management systems, underground services, hydraulic structures, and earthworks.\nDevelop innovative and optimized project concepts.\nDeliver technical solutions tailored to mining, energy, and infrastructure projects.\n2. Technical Leadership and Governance\nAssume overall responsibility for the civil discipline on assigned projects.\nDefine technical approaches, work methodologies, and design standards.\nEnsure compliance with Hatch procedures, standards, and best practices.\nReview and approve technical deliverables.\n3. Multidisciplinary Coordination\nCoordinate interfaces with other disciplines, including structural, geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and related teams.\nEnsure the integration of civil solutions within complex multidisciplinary projects.\nWork closely with project teams, project managers, and clients.\n4. Deliverables Oversight and Project Execution\nLead and contribute to engineering activities.\nGuide the development of models and drawings in collaboration with designers.\nEnsure quality, consistency, and compliance of deliverables.\nMonitor progress and adjust priorities as project needs evolve.\n5. Team Leadership and Development\nMentor and support junior engineers and technical professionals.\nFoster a collaborative and learning-focused work environment.\nContribute to the ongoing development of team capabilities and expertise.\n6.
