Our ultimate goal is to achieve no harm for our people, our clients, and our communities.\nAs the successful candidate, you will:\nAssist team by updating the Business Management internal SharePoint.\nCoordinating tasks related to the Business Management tool, based on the requirement list.\nAssist the Business Management team in project specific tasks, on an as needed basis, for commercial, contractual and/or business risk related topics.\nManage the routine Business Management tasks and reports, e.g. indirect rationale report, new engagement report, monthly team meeting coordination.\nParticipate in updating and/or developing standard Business Management processes, procedures and templates.\nLead various Business Management improvement initiatives, as needed, following the PDCA cycle.\nYou bring to the role:\nMust currently be enrolled in either Business, Technical or Sciences program.\nExcel academically while being actively involved in extra-curricular and/or volunteer activities at school or in the community.\nPossess good communication and interpersonal skills.\nHave an aptitude for working on multi-disciplinary teams.\nEnjoy taking on new challenges with a commitment to achieving engineering excellence.\nExcellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel.\nBasic understanding of commercial terms would be an asset.\nCompetencies (knowledge, skill, attributes):\nGood understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects\nAbility to learn quickly and to take on new challenges\nHave demonstrated technical aptitude\nCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nShows critical and creative thinking and problem solving, and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges\nAdapts and embraces change and fast-paced environment\nHas a strong sense of health and safety\nCompensation:\nRange: $24.00 - $27.00\nAt Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
