Our ultimate goal is to achieve no harm for our people, our clients, and our communities.\nAs the successful candidate, you will:\nSetup and deploy Hatch’s Digital Project Delivery environment focusing on data, IM processes and CAD applications according to Hatch’s standard practices or client requirements.\nTake part in identifying and implementing areas of new technology, applications, and processes.\nSupport the development of the company’s digital standards, processes and procedures.\nContinuing support and training of in-house digital cross-discipline processes within Hatch\nEnsures digital standards are being followed by project stakeholders.\nSupport project stakeholders with information exchange (models, drawings data, documents)\nLiaise directly with and promote increased collaboration between project stakeholders\nAdvise Hatch’s project managers and project teams with regards to digital best practices to ensure information coordination.\nDevelop innovative solutions for data management and visualization.\nIdentify and research emerging technologies that could lead to more or new business opportunities.\nYou bring to the role:\nGraduating 2026 or recently graduated with a Bachelor of Information Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree from an accredited University\nStrong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret project needs and translate them into data and information requirements\nKnowledge of data systems and computer systems for dashboarding, knowledge of API configuration, SQL, and PowerBI an asset\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts\nSoftware Experience: The following list of applications is not essential but will be a great benefit:\nAny design tools (2D or 3D) including Bentley or AutoDesk suite of tools\nSQL\nVBA programming/ Python\nAPI configuration\nMicrosoft Power BI\nCompetencies (knowledge, skill, attributes):\nGood understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects.\nAbility to learn quickly and to take on new challenges.\nCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nShows critical and creative thinking and problem solving and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges.\nAdapts and embraces change.\nCompensation:\nRange: $81,000 - $84,000\nAt Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.\nYour individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.
