We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.\nWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our European IT team based in Katowice, Poland.\nAs a Junior IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will provide first-line IT support to users across our European offices. You will be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, helping employees resolve technical issues and ensuring a positive support experience.\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in IT while gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies, systems, and business environments within an international organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide first-level IT support to employees across multiple European offices.\nReceive, log, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents and service requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems.\nManage and track support requests using IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as Zendesk.\nSupport Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, mobile devices, and workplace technology.\nInstall, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.\nAssist with user account and access management in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nSupport onboarding and offboarding activities, including device preparation and user setup.\nProvide support for meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment, and collaboration technologies.\nAssist users with Microsoft Teams meetings, conference room systems, and hybrid meeting solutions.\nMaintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and support records.\nEscalate complex issues to second-level support teams when required.\nParticipate in hardware refreshes, office projects, and regional IT initiatives.\nAdhere to IT security standards, policies, and best practices.\nQualifications and Experience:\nDiploma, degree, technical certification, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.\nPrevious experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support role is preferred but not required.\nGood working knowledge of:\nMicrosoft Windows 10/11\nMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications)\nPC and laptop hardware\nMobile devices and peripherals\nBasic understanding of:\nActive Directory and user administration\nNetworking fundamentals\nIT infrastructure concepts\nExperience with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM/ticketing platforms is an advantage.\nLanguage Requirements:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nGood to very good Polish language skills.\nAdditional European language skills, particularly German, are considered a strong advantage.\nPersonal Attributes:\nStrong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality support.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nPositive, professional, and approachable attitude.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.\nReliable team player with a proactive mindset.\nTravel Requirements:\nWillingness to travel occasionally within Europe.\nSupport IT-related activities at company offices across Europe as required.\nOccasional travel to project and construction sites may be required.\nWhy join us?\nWork with great people to make a difference\nCollaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions\nTop employer\nWhat we offer you?\nFlexible work environment\nLong term career development\nThink globally, work locally\nDon't meet every single requirement?
