We look forward to hearing from you.\nHatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Perth. PDG helps clients reach their business goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. Join our team and become part of a community that strives for positive change - providing the best solutions for our clients’ toughest challenges!\nAs the successful candidate, you will:\nTake responsibility for the successful delivery of the Instrumentation and Control Engineering scope of work\nProvide leadership and create a highly committed and aligned team environment focused on delivering positive project outcomes for the client\nDevelop discipline design and associated engineering deliverables to support feasibility studies and detailed engineering\nProvide input into capital estimates and project schedules\nProvide key discipline input to multi-discipline project teams\nParticipation in formal engineering review processes such as HAZOPs and CHAZOPs\nYou will bring to the role:\nA degree in engineering with demonstrated experience commensurate with CPEng status\nExcellent attitude towards safety and a demonstrated ability to comply with the safety requirements\nDemonstrated design and engineering experience in the mining and metals sector (esp. iron ore, alumina and base metals) or similar heavy industries such as energy and infrastructure\nExperience in the investigation, planning and supervision of construction works and/or maintenance activities in operational facilities\nHave current knowledge of industry or regulatory standards and study criteria pertinent to instrumentation and control systems engineering ensuring compliance of design work with all relevant engineering standards and internal procedures\nAbility to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients on a technical and interpersonal level\nWhy join us?\nWork with great people to make a difference\nCollaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions\nTop employer\nWhat we offer you?\nFlexible work environment\nLong term career development\nThink globally, work locally\nDon't meet every single requirement?
