We look forward to hearing from you.\nHatch is currently seeking a Program Manager, Linear Water & Wastewater to join our growing Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Mississauga. In this role, the successful candidate will provide leadership across major municipal water and wastewater programs, supporting project execution, client engagement, business development, and the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.\nThe ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing large-scale linear water and wastewater projects and programs while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for municipal and utility clients.\nIn this role you will:\nServe as Program Manager for major water and wastewater infrastructure projects and programs.\nLead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, procurement, execution, and construction support phases.\nManage the delivery of complex linear infrastructure projects, including:Water transmission mains\nTrunk watermains\nWastewater trunk sewers\nForce mains\nPumping stations\nUtility corridor and conveyance systems\n\nProvide strategic oversight to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements.\nSupport and mentor Project Managers and technical teams throughout project execution.\nDevelop project delivery strategies, resource plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.\nMonitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, delivery efficiency, and client satisfaction.\nLead constructability, safety, risk, and value engineering reviews.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with municipal, regional, and utility clients.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the water and wastewater sector.\nSupport proposal development, client presentations, and pursuit strategies.\nPromote Hatch's integrated planning, engineering, advisory, digital, and project delivery services.\nCollaborate with regional and global Hatch teams to leverage technical expertise and best practices.\nSupport staff development, recruitment, succession planning, and mentoring initiatives.\nWhat you bring:\nBachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario, or eligibility to obtain registration.\nMinimum 15 years of progressive experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.\nDemonstrated experience managing large-scale linear infrastructure projects, including watermains, trunk sewers, force mains, and pumping stations.\nProven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing complex capital programs.\nStrong understanding of municipal infrastructure planning, utility operations, permitting, regulatory requirements, and construction practices.\nExperience managing project financial performance, contracts, commercial risk, and change management.\nDemonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships within the municipal infrastructure sector.\nStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nBusiness development experience with municipalities, regional governments, utilities, and public-sector clients is considered an asset.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with GIS, hydraulic modeling, and asset management tools is considered an asset.\nWhy join us?\nWork with great people to make a difference\nCollaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions\nTop employer\nWhat we offer you?\nFlexible work environment\nLong term career development\nThink globally, work locally\nDon't meet every single requirement?
