Then the infrastructure team is for you!\nThe Hatch Brisbane Rail team are looking for an experienced Rail Project Engineer / Manager to help lead the delivery of rail and infrastructure projects across Australia. You'll be the person who connects clients, designers and project teams to turn complex challenges into successful project outcomes. You'll provide technical leadership, drive delivery performance, complete project administration and controls, develop client relationships and help grow our rail business through winning work and delivering excellence.\nWhat you'll do\nPrepare proposals, tenders and pursuit strategies for upcoming opportunities.\nLead the planning and delivery of multidisciplinary rail infrastructure projects.\nManage project scope, programme, risk, quality and commercial performance.\nCoordinate design teams across multiple disciplines and offices.\nNurture long term relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.\nReview technical deliverables and guide engineering teams through complex challenges.\nMentor engineers and graduates while supporting the growth of our Brisbane rail team.\nContribute to business development, market engagement and strategic growth initiatives.\nWhat we're looking for\n10+ years of rail, civil or infrastructure engineering experience.\nDemonstrated experience delivering rail infrastructure projects through design and/or construction phases.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating project delivery.\nStrong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and create repeat business.\nExperience preparing bids, proposals, estimates and technical submissions.\nCommercial awareness and an understanding of project financial performance.\nExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nRPEQ (or progressing toward registration) would be highly regarded.\nThis is an opportunity to play a leading role in the delivery of some of Australia’s most significant rail infrastructure projects while working alongside a team of highly regarded industry professionals.
