This role is responsible for originating, shaping, and leading the end-to-end delivery of digital engagements in the mining and metals sector, ensuring measurable value outcomes for our clients.\nThis is a hybrid “sell and deliver” leadership role requiring the ability to translate client needs into executable solutions, build high-performing teams, and be actively involved in managing successful delivery across complex engagements.\nCore Responsibilities\nClient Engagement & Business Development\nBuild and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders across operations, technology, and executive leadership\nIdentify, shape, and qualify opportunities aligned to client strategic priorities and Hatch Digital offerings\nLead end to end pursuits, win-strategy aligned to operational priorities\nBuild and manage high-performing delivery teams, including internal specialists and external partners\nDrive account growth by delivering value and expanding client relationships\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders\nYou Bring to the Role:\nBachelor’s or Masters degree in a relevant mining, engineering or computer science discipline.\n9 to12 years’ experience, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent advisory/delivery (environment focused on the mining and metals industry (e.g. METS).\nDemonstrated experience in both business development and delivery leadership of complex consulting engagements and multi-disciplinary projects\nStrong track record in selling and delivering digital/Industry solutions in industrial and operational environments with a focus on mining industry operations or mineral processing improvement.\nDeep understanding of one or more of the following in a mining and metals context:\nOperational Systems (MES/MOS), Control Systems, EAM\nIT/OT Integration, AI and APC\nAnalytics, Optimisation, Automation or Solution Architecture of Digital Platforms\nProven ability to operate across the full consulting lifecycle: diagnose, design, sell, deliver, and optimise\nStrong commercial acumen, including scoping, pricing, contracting, and margin management\nExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical, operational, and executive audiences\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments\nDemonstrate proven project management and delivery of digital or AI led initiatives in the mining sector.\nBase salary range: $115,000 - $165,000\nAt Hatch, we are
