Apply today!\nAs part of our Metals team, you will contribute to projects that support the global energy transition - working across commodities such as lithium, rare earths, copper, gold, and alumina. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in technically complex projects that are shaping the future of the minerals industry. We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer who is ready to step into a more influential role, combining strong technical capability with leadership, client engagement, and the ability to guide project outcomes from early-stage studies through to delivery.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead process engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, from concept studies to detailed design and commissioning support\nTake ownership of key deliverables and contribute to technical decision-making across multidisciplinary teams\nManage early-stage studies, including concept and pre-feasibility, with a focus on process development and optimisation\nDesign and optimise metallurgical flowsheets for both greenfield and brownfield projects\nConduct trade-off studies to support value-driven engineering decisions\nDevelop process models using tools such as LIMN, JKSimMet and JK SimFloat to optimise performance\nPrepare process design documentation, including calculations, specifications, and equipment data sheets\nSupport client engagement, contribute to proposals, and mentor junior engineers\nAbout You\nYou will have experience working in a consulting, EPCM, or operational environment within the minerals processing or metallurgical industry, with strong technical capability across mineral processing and hydrometallurgy. You bring experience working with a range of commodities such as lithium, nickel, copper, gold, iron ore or rare earths, along with proficiency in process simulation tools. With a degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering, you demonstrate strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
