Reporting to the Infrastructure group, you will support offices globally working from our Denver, CO office location.\nWe’re entrepreneurs with a technical soul. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.\nHatch will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.\nQualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, data analytics, economics, mathematics, or a relevant field\nMinimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale\nAs the successful candidate, you will:\nDevelop and/or assist in the preparation of cost models, financial models or business cases for projects and initiatives, for external clients and within Hatch \nCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconciling conflicts \nDeconstruct high level information to identify the underlying fundamental drivers and aggregating detailed information to inform a holistic understanding \nProactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and deliver written reports, presentations, and verbal reports, as needed \nCollect and summarize information using data collected from existing data sources, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and business process descriptions \nPrepare cases and scenarios to assist analysts and consultants \nCollaborate with subject matter experts to analyze tradeoffs between planned objectives and business performance needs \nAssist with administrative support, as required \nSuccessfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously \nYou bring to the role:\nInterest in learning how to write Power BI reports \nStrong leadership initiative, commitment to excellence and personal growth \nKeen interest in mining, metals, energy, or infrastructure and supporting technical and business management \nStrong proficiency in Microsoft office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel\nRequirements for all sectors:\nTo live our manifesto.
