Hato Hone St John is New Zealand’s leading medical alarm provider, helping people get support quickly when they need it most.
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll respond to customer enquiries about Medical Alarms while providing administrative and customer service support to our Telecare Field Team. This is a great opportunity to build your customer service experience, work in a supportive team, and develop strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Proven administration experience with the ability to hit the ground running.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience managing and prioritising a busy workload.
- Exposure to invoicing and accounts processing would be advantageous.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available:
- Full-time: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
- Part-time: 20 hours per week, with two shift options:
- Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 1:30pm
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 2:30pm.
Training will be Monday to Friday 8:30am-5.00pm for 5 weeks, giving you exposure to both ends of the workday. Please ensure you specify in your application which position you are applying for.
You would need to be available to start employment on 9th November 2026.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Energy, drive and initiative and be a team player
The most important attributes we are looking for is attitude and the willingness to learn.
