contributing to customer success by maintaining and improving our quality standards.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand requirements and define testing scope.\n\nWrite comprehensive test cases, execute tests, report defects, and manage the full bug life cycle.\n\nTrack defects and report them in JIRA, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.\n\nCreate and maintain test data and test environments to support functional, regression, and exploratory testing activities.\n\nUse risk-based and coverage-based testing techniques to maximise test coverage, focusing on the most critical features and flows.\n\nPlan and prioritise your work to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation, and best practices.\n\nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\n\nDegree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.\n\n1+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer in the software industry.\n\nStrong experience testing Web applications and mobile applications (Android and iOS).\n\nProficiency in using JIRA (or similar tools) for issue tracking and defect management.\n\nExperience working in fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environments with tight delivery timelines.\n\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to testing.\n\nEnthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player with a growth mindset.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\nExperience with test automation (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium or similar).\n\nExperience in API testing (Postman, REST clients, or automation-based API tests).\n\nFamiliarity with SQL and basic database validation.\n\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into build pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).\n\nExperience in performance, load, or security testing tools is an added advantage.\n\nPrevious experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or fleet management/TMS domains.\n\nExperience with test management tools (e.g. Testiny, TestRail, Zephyr,
