You won’t just test features, you’ll define test strategy, drive automation, ensure non-functional quality (API & performance), and mentor the rest of the QA team.\n\nOur environment is fast-paced, demanding, and collaborative. You’ll be expected to take end-to-end ownership and make decisions that directly impact production stability and customer experience.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers to understand requirements, clarify edge cases, and define test scope and strategy.\n\nOwn test planning and approach for features/modules, covering functional, regression, exploratory, API and performance testing where needed.\n\nDesign, write, and maintain high-quality test cases and test suites; execute tests and manage the complete defect life cycle.\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain test automation suites for Web and/or mobile applications.\n\nDesign and execute API tests (manual + automated) for core services and integrations.\n\nPlan and run performance / load tests for critical flows, analyse results, and work with developers to resolve bottlenecks.\n\nUse JIRA to track, prioritise, and report defects;
