Задачи:

- создание AI-агентов для автоматизации кредитного процесса;

- интеграция AI-агентов в продукт;

- улучшение качества и надёжности работы AI-агентов.

Требования:

- от 4 лет опыта продуктовой backend- или fullstack-разработки;

- опыт разработки сервисов, бизнес-логики, API, работы с реляционными БД и интеграциями;

- опыт работы с Docker, Kubernetes, Git, автотестами и CI/CD;

- самостоятельно созданные и запущенные AI-агенты;

- опыт работы с агентными фреймворками, мультиагентными системами, tools и function calling;

- умение повышать надёжность агентов: трейсинг, evals, отладка и обработка ошибок;

- опыт работы через AI-инструменты и выстраивания AI SDLC;

- опыт разработки AI-интерфейсов, авторизации и стриминга будет плюсом.

Условия:

- формат: полностью удалённо, полный рабочий день;

- долгосрочное сотрудничество с перспективой роста внутри проекта.
