Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

Allgemeine Büroorganisation und administrative Unterstützung des Teams

Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Mietern, Dienstleistern und Eigentümern

Bearbeitung von Mieteranfragen sowie Verwaltung von Mietverträgen und Objektunterlagen sowie Mahnwesen

Erstellung von Schriftstücken, Protokollen und Serienbriefen

Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen und Objektunterlagen

Terminkoordination sowie Datenpflege in unserer Verwaltungssoftware

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
