We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: People Operations Specialist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
What you’ll do
- Maintain staff records, contracts and Zoho People
- Produce monthly HR reports covering headcount, attrition, absence and payroll changes
- Run KPI setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and probation reviews
- Prepare payroll inputs and handle pension, HMO and statutory remittances with Finance
- Support employee relations cases and policy compliance
What you bring
- Degree in HR or business, plus CIPM or equivalent
- 5+ years in HR operations or as an HR generalist
- Strong Excel, HR analytics and HRIS skills
- Working knowledge of Nigerian labour law, PAYE and pension rules,.
