Guided by our values-Human at Heart, Head for Rigour, and Mind for Flair-we embed genuine human insight, data-driven discipline and creative daring into everything we do.\nThis role sits at the heart of that promise-bridging day-to-day planning with specialist capabilities to ensure data-driven thinking enhances every stage of media delivery.\nThe Role\nThis is an amazing opportunity to kick off your media career by joining our AV team in an entry level position.\nThe AV team is responsible for planning, booking, buying and monitoring video advertising on TV, VOD, cinema, audio (including Spotify and podcasts) and CTV (including Netflix) on behalf of our clients. Our client portfolio includes the likes of Dominos, Bumble, Hyundai, Kia, Dreams, Matalan, Studio Canal, Starbucks and many more.\nThe AV team is made up of 6 teams, each usually made up of a Director, two Managers, a Senior Exec and/or an Exec. Each team is responsible for a different set of clients.\nNo experience is required as full training will be given but strong numeracy and communication skills are a must along with an interest in media and advertising\n\nExpectations of an AV Executive (after training) include (but are not limited to):\nPlan, book and buy VOD, CTV, audio and cinema campaigns with support from senior team members.\nAssist with TV campaign buying and develop a strong understanding of the TV planning process.\nTake ownership of campaign administration, including booking, tagging, tracking and post-campaign reporting.\nMonitor campaign delivery daily and communicate performance updates to managers and clients where required.\nEscalate delivery issues and work proactively to ensure campaigns remain on track.\nProduce and distribute spot time and delivery reports to clients.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with media owners and key partners.\nEnsure campaigns are delivered accurately against brief, budget and KPIs.\nDemonstrate strong attention to detail when buying media and managing campaign performance.\n\nWhat’s on offer from Havas:\nWe want you to do the best work of your career.
