We believe in modelling team structures after those of our clients and are set up to meet the unique requirements of each, from centralised one-hub market management to more coordinated or decentralised needs, adding value by leveraging central and local media expertise and the totality of our clients’ media investments.\nJob Summary\nThe Global Ad Operations Executive will join a team who is responsible for the correct set-up and implementation in ad servers and/or ad verification servers of digital campaigns for a wide range of large international clients managed within the Global Ad Operations Hub in Madrid, Spain.\nWith functions including the day to day trafficking of campaigns and client-side tagging, as well as troubleshooting or technical implementation issues, the role requires an excellent customer service orientation, supporting planning and trading teams to optimize campaigns and maximize results.\nThe role requires natural interest of understanding the overall set of ad technology platforms and interrelationship between them to provide with best in breed approaches and solutions to the digital tracking and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for our Global clients.\nThis will require daily interaction with internal teams such as digital media planning and analytics, external clients, and ad technology partners to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of all digital advertising campaigns.\nMission & Responsibilities\nManage and traffic campaigns in different ad servers, mainly in CM, Sizmek and Adform\nUnderstand client advertising stack and data collection ecosystem\nSetup campaign in ad verification platforms (Double Verify, MOAT, Integral Ad Science)\nQA implementation of ads to ensure they meet publisher specifications and ad server requirements\nTroubleshoot ad or tag issues with publishers or ad tech partners\nQA specific naming conventions or other implementation standards applicable by client\nUnderstand client objectives and how the agency delivers media strategies to accomplish them\nImplement ad servers post activity tags aligned with the tagging strategy and data layer definition\nProvide custom client solutions to specific client tracking needs\nGenerate, QA, and troubleshoot implementation of conversion tags\nExposure to other marketing platforms (DSP, Social Platforms) to understand overall campaign set-up\nLiaise with internal teams (planners and traders) to provide with best-in-class tracking implementations\nLiaise with 3rd party companies to find solutions or troubleshoots issues (tag management, consent, analytics, trading teams, publishers, …)\nSupport on building different tools to run and optimize execution of internal processes\nSupport media planning discussions regarding trafficking strategies and related measurement needs\nSupport to keep knowledge base and client related documentation always up to date\nStay aware of the latest technologies to improve agency offering\nExperience\nMinimum of 6 months experience in digital, analytics or advertising technologies\nSoft skills & Competencies\nKnowledge and/or experience with ad servers is a plus\nStrong interest in technology in the advertising landscape\nGood level of the English language, both written and spoken\nStrong data-driven culture / analytical abilities\nHighly motivated and full of initiative\nInnovation and technologies oriented\nTeam player who enjoys working in a collaborative, open environment\nExcellent customer service focus and client-centric orientation\nStrong communication skills\nMethodical, analytical mindset, well-organized, and detail-oriented\nAttention to detail\nGenuine curiosity to learn how things work\nTechnical skills (desirable)\nBasic knowledge of programming languages, mainly JavaScript and HTML\nBasic knowledge of project management software (e.g. JIRA)\nBroad understanding of other marketing platforms: DMPs, CDPs, CRMs\nProficiency in Microsoft Office software\nContract Type :\nPermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
