The role uses both low-code orchestration and AI-assisted full-code engineering and carries focused responsibility for the efficient operation of Workfront and Fusion and for controlled promotion between development, UAT and production environments.Technology landscape:\n LLM / MCP\nGitHub Copilot\nJavaScript / TypeScript\nNode.js\nWeb application frameworks\nREST APIs and event-driven services\nAdobe Workfront\nAdobe Workfront Fusion\nAdobe Frame.io\nAdobe App Builder\nAdobe Experience Manager Assets / Content Hub\nAWS\nAzure Integration Services\nAdobe Firefly Services\nIconik Media Asset Management\nOther cloud and enterprise platforms\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios connecting Workfront with media production platforms and enterprise services, using AI-generated Fusion blueprints and workflow designs to accelerate delivery.\nUse GitHub Copilot, LLMs and MCP-enabled tools as core development accelerators to generate Fusion scenarios, API integrations, technical documentation, test cases and production-ready source code.\nBuild full-code integrations and business applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, appropriate web application frameworks, Adobe App Builder, AWS, Azure Integration Services and other suitable cloud or enterprise technologies, leveraging AI-assisted code generation whilst maintaining engineering quality standards.\nDevelop applications and integrations across both Adobe and non-Adobe platforms, including Frame.io, AEM Assets / Content Hub, Adobe Firefly Services, Iconik, enterprise systems and third-party services.\nDesign and implement secure, maintainable web applications, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, webhook architectures and data-processing workflows using appropriate authentication, mapping, retries, rate-limit management, idempotency and recoverable error handling.\nEvaluate, refine and validate AI-generated solutions, AI-generated code and AI-generated workflows through testing, peer review, security controls and operational verification before deployment across Adobe and non-Adobe environments.\nMonitor and support applications and integrations, including Fusion executions, schedules, webhooks, queues, data stores, application services, APIs and failure patterns, restoring service and implementing permanent fixes.\nHelp ensure the efficient, stable and secure operation of Workfront, Fusion and the applications and integration services delivered by the role across Development, UAT and Production environments.\nOwn the technical preparation and execution of approved promotions between environments, including dependency analysis, release evidence, rollback planning and post-release validation.\nMaintain source control, technical specifications, integration documentation, configuration records, test evidence, release notes, runbooks and support procedures.\nCollaborate with architects, product owners, UX specialists, QA, support teams, security teams and platform owners to design and deliver usable, maintainable applications and integrations and to resolve incidents.\nContinuously improve reusable application and integration patterns, AI development workflows, prompt engineering practices, platform performance and developer productivity through effective use of AI-assisted engineering.\nExperience and capabilities\nEssential\nEnterprise application development, integration engineering or workflow automation experience.\nAdobe Workfront Fusion or comparable orchestration tooling.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks and integration design patterns.\nStrong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js development experience, including building and supporting production applications and services.\nStrong expertise in the Azure and AWS ecosystems, including designing, developing, deploying and supporting cloud-native applications and integrations using appropriate Azure/AWS services.\nDemonstrable experience and confidence in the emerging AI-driven technology ecosystem and associated architectures, including AI-assisted coding and development practices.\nPractical experience using GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants, LLMs and MCP-enabled development workflows to accelerate software delivery, with the ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs.\nExperience with Git, automated and manual testing, troubleshooting, CI/CD and structured release practices.\nClear technical documentation skills and ownership of production support responsibilities for applications and integrations.\nDesirable\nAdobe Workfront administration and environment promotion.\nAdobe App Builder / Adobe I/O Runtime.\nStrong expertise in the AWS ecosystem, including relevant application, integration, serverless, API, security and monitoring services;
