If you’ve ever made a world book day costume, planned a surprise party or have a passion for the creative world around us, OGB might just be a place for you.\nYour Role: Resource Manager\nThe Resource Manager acts as the central connector, ensuring the agency's creative, social, design, and strategy teams (The Hub) are deployed effectively to deliver exceptional client work while maximising utilisation, profitability, team wellbeing, and business growth. The Resource Manager will oversee short and long-term resource planning, identify capability gaps, forecast future needs, and create an agile and scalable resourcing model that supports both commercial performance and outstanding employee experience; ensuring the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.\nResponsibilities\nResource Planning & Allocation\nOwn the agency-wide resource management process across Creative, Social, Design and Strategy teams.\nIdentify potential resource constraints and proactively work to resolve them.\nManage day-to-day scheduling and workload distribution. Allocating resources based on project requirements and availability, ensuring the most appropriate resources are allocated.\nBalance competing priorities across multiple clients, campaigns and projects.\nEnsure resources are allocated efficiently whilst maintaining quality standards.\nMonitor capacity and proactively address over or under-utilisation with managers.\nAddress and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.\nProactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nMaintain a comprehensive understanding of team members’ workloads and skills.\nFacilitate regular resource meetings and ensure clear, concise communication among internal stakeholders.\nProvide regular reports to senior management on any risks, and/or issues.\nAct as the primary point of contact for all resourcing requests.\nInfluence stakeholders to make data-driven resourcing decisions.\nCapacity Forecasting & Workforce Planning\nDevelop short, medium and long-term agency resource forecasts.\nPartner with department leads to understand upcoming client requirements, business development opportunities and project pipelines.\nIdentify future skill shortages and recommend hiring, freelance etc\nSupport annual workforce planning and agency growth strategies.\nSupport HR and Finance in creating scenario plans to manage peaks, troughs and changing client demands.\nCommercial Performance\nTrack utilisation, recoverability and resource efficiency metrics alongside Finance.\nEnsure timesheets are completed in Pulse.\nSupport the agency's profitability by ensuring optimal allocation of billable resources.\nWork closely with Finance to monitor project resourcing against budgets.\nFreelance & External Talent Management\nWork with the TA team to source freelance support when capacity demands exceed internal capability.\nEnsure external talent meets agency quality expectations and client needs.\nTeam Wellbeing & Performance\nMonitor team capacity to minimise burnout and improve employee experience.\nWork with People teams and department leads to support leave planning, flexible working and employee wellbeing initiatives.\nEnsure resource allocation supports employee development and career growth opportunities.\nProcess Improvement\nDrive continuous improvement of resource management practices.\nImplement and optimise resource planning tools, systems and reporting.\nDevelop best-practice frameworks for forecasting, scheduling and utilisation tracking.\nIntroduce data-led insights to improve agency effectiveness and operational efficiency.\nChampion a culture of transparency and accountability around resource management\nEnsure that all deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards and client expectations.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nProven experience as a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, or in a similar role in an agency environment.\nStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Pronto, Float would be advantageous.\nAI fluency and champion.\nExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nContract Type :\nPermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
