The candidate will work closely with marketing and data teams to deliver actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:\nAnalyze marketing campaigns across various digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) to assess performance and identify improvement areas.\nLeverage Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) to perform granular campaign analysis and derive privacy-safe insights.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics.\nEnsure data quality and consistency across platforms, managing large and complex datasets.\nTranslate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in data analytics.\nStrong experience working with Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) or media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, etc.).\nProficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).\nSolid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and media effectiveness.\nStrong Excel and analytical skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to tell a compelling story through data.\nHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
