This role will own reporting requirements, data definitions, integrations, and data models that underpin a large and growing portfolio of management and operational reports.The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, source systems, and the Power BI reporting team, ensuring a single source of truth, consistent KPIs, and high quality, reliable data across regions and countries.\nThis is a hands on analytical role, focused on requirements definition, data modelling, integration design, and governance, rather than report development.\nOwn end-to-end integration specifications for all global reports\nDefine how data flows between systems and into the reporting layer\nValidate and reconcile data across source systems and reporting outputs\nAct as the central point of ownership for reporting logic and assumptions\nOwn assumptions, calculations, and logic behind all reported financial metrics\nEnsure reports support finance use cases such as:\nManagement reporting\nActuals vs budget vs forecast\nProject and margin reporting\nRevenue, cost, and profitability analysis\nRequirements & Stakeholder Management\nElicit, document, and manage clear reporting requirements from global and local stakeholders\nTranslate business questions into structured data requirements for the Power BI reporting team\nSupport requirements definition for individual reports and dashboards\nChallenge local requirements to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with global standards\nPartner with Finance leadership, regional finance teams, FP&A, and Controlling to define clear reporting requirements\nTranslate finance questions into structured data requirements for the Power BI team\nData Definitions & Governance\nOwn data definitions, KPI definitions, field mappings, and calculation logic\nEstablish and enforce reporting standards (naming conventions, metrics, dimensions, hierarchies)\nEnsure consistent KPI definitions across countries, regions, and business units\nPrevent conflicting numbers and “multiple versions of the truth”\nData Modelling & Architecture\nDesign and maintain reporting data models (e.g. star schemas, relationships, measures)\nDefine grain, dimensions, facts, and aggregation logic\nPartner with Power BI specialists to ensure models support performant and scalable reporting\nData Integration & Quality\nConnect and reconcile data from multiple systems (e.g. ERP, HR, project management tools, finance systems)\nWork with messy, incomplete, and non-aligned data sources, identifying gaps and inconsistencies\nValidate data quality, completeness, and accuracy before and after go-live\nDefine rules for data transformations and harmonisation\nIssue Resolution & Continuous Improvement\nSupport investigation and resolution of data and reporting issues post go-live\nPerform root-cause analysis of discrepancies and work with system owners to resolve issues\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate reporting data flows\nDocumentation\nMaintain comprehensive documentation including:\nData definitions and KPI dictionaries\nField mappings and transformations\nReport logic and assumptions\nData lineage and source-to-report traceability\nRequired Experience & Skills\nSignificant experience in a Senior Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, or Reporting Analyst role\nStrong background in enterprise reporting and analytics in a global environment\nProven experience working with multiple source systems (ERP, HR, project systems, financial systems)\nStrong understanding of data modelling concepts (star schemas, dimensions, facts, measures)\nHands-on experience defining data requirements for BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, similar)\nExcellent ability to work with complex, messy, and inconsistent data\nStrong documentation and stakeholder communication skills\nDesirable\nExperience in finance or operational reporting in a multi-country organisation\nKnowledge of data governance and KPI standardisation frameworks\nFamiliarity with Power BI data modelling and DAX concepts (requirements-level, not development)\nExperience working with global reporting programmes or transformations\nKey Competencies\nHighly structured and detail-oriented\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAble to challenge assumptions and drive data clarity\nComfortable operating as the single point of ownership for definitions and logic\nAble to balance global standards with local reporting needs\nContract Type :\nPermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
