You will contribute to campaign coordination, performance analysis, reporting, project managementand client communications, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery across your accounts.\nOur clients operateacross a range of channels, including:\nBrand: OOH, BVOD and programmatic\n\nPerformance: PPC and paid social\n\nCommerce: Amazon retail, Amazon Ads, retail mediaand TikTok Shop\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious ecommerce or performance marketing executive who wants to develop broader experience across the connected commerce environment. You are not expected to have in-depth knowledge of every channel. However, you should have a strong appetite to learn and an interest in understanding how different channels work together to deliver against brand and commercial objectivesfor clients.\nThe role would suit someone with one to two years’ agency experience in ecommerce and/or performance marketing who is ready to take the next step in a client-facing role.This role is hybrid, with 3-days a week (Usually Tues, Weds & Thurs) at our central Kings Cross office, and 2 days remote.\nKey Responsibilities\n Client and campaign delivery\nSupport the Ecommerce Manager and Director in developing ecommerce strategies for clients.\n\nContribute to campaign planning, annual planningand the development of ad hoc briefs.\n\nBuild an understanding of clients’ businesses, customersand commercial objectives.\n\nHelp ensure recommendations are practical, insight-led and aligned with clients’ short- and long-term goals.\n\nSupport the coordination of multi-channel campaigns, working closely with internal activation teams.\n\nSchedule and coordinate internal stand-ups, track actionsand help ensure campaigns remain on schedule and on budget.\n\nMonitor campaign pacing and performance, escalating issues and performance challenges to the Ecommerce Manager where appropriate.\n\nSupport the development of post-campaign analyses (PCAs), ensuring they containclear, actionable insights.\n\nSupport the implementation of client innovation and testing roadmaps.\n\nPlanning and performance\nWork with the Ecommerce Manager and activation teams to develop media plans, forecastsand performance benchmarks.\n\nContribute to performance analysis across ecommerce, retail mediaand wider paid media channels.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to improve campaign performance and client outcomes.\n\nHelp anticipatepotential delivery issues and recommend ways to mitigate them.\n\nClient management\nOwn agreed client workstreams and support the day-to-day management of client accounts.\n\nLead weekly client meetings with confidence; crafting clear agenda and performance inisghts\n\nAct as a reliable point of contact for campaign updates, actionsand operational queries.\n\nBuild strongworking relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nCommunicate clearly, proactivelyand professionally across all projects.\n\nReporting and tools\nOwn the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.\n\nTranslate data into clear, actionable insights and challenge assumptions where appropriate.\n\nSupport the post-campaign analysis process by briefing internal teams, collating findingsand preparing presentation materials.\n\nBecome proficient in relevant ecommerce, retail mediaand performance marketing tools, including proprietary Havas Market technology.\n\nDigital shelf optimisation\nOptimise product content and ecommerce operations across relevant commerce platforms.\n\nHelp improve clients’ retail presence, discoverabilityand commercial performance.\n\nMonitor issues relating to content, availability, retailer complianceand platform execution, escalating where required.\n\nSkills and Experience\nIdeally one to two years’ experience in an agency, brand, retaileror consultancy environment, ideally within ecommerce, retail mediaor performance marketing.\n\nAn analytical mindset and strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.\n\nExperience with campaign coordination, reportingor performance analysis.\n\nWorking knowledge of Amazon Ads and Amazon retail platforms, including Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.\n\nUnderstanding of retail media and marketplace activity.\n\nExperience or exposure to PPC and paid social activation.\n\nStrong organisational and project management skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment.\n\nA collaborative, proactive and positive approach.\n\nA genuine interest in learning and developing across connected commerce.\n\nDesirable Experience\nExperience with both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.\n\nExperience with TikTok Shop or social commerce.\n\nFamiliarity with digital shelf metrics and optimisation.\n\nExperience with retail media networks or marketplace platforms beyond Amazon.\n\nKnowledge of ecommerce reporting or activation tools.\n\nExperience supporting new business, pitchor planning activity.\n\nContract Type :\nPermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
