The role is a combination of Research and traditional UX / UI work, that could also be described as a Senior Product Designer role.\nYou’ll be part of a small team of 12 Experience Designers that share a passion for crafting compelling, evidence-based and beautiful customer experiences.\nYou will be comfortable designing and optimising end-to-end experiences across\ncomplex digital product engagements. You will drive discovery, research, design\ndirection, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful digital experiences.\nThis role suits an experienced practitioner who blends strong research credentials, UX / UI craft, strategic thinking, confident presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to guide product teams toward evidence-based design decisions.
