The ideal candidate will have a strong UI/UX background, a proven ability to deliver intuitive designs, and a passion for creating seamless digital journeys.Primary Responsibilities:\nUnderstand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process Design explorations for User Interfaces and related visual design\n\nExperience of User Experience planning, use case preparation and wireframe development\n\nCreate User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements\n\nProvide guidance, reference and direction to team members\n\nAt ease in making senior client presentations\n\nUltimate responsibility for creative QC\n\nDirecting ongoing usability testing and assessment\n\nUnderstand current and emerging UX/UI, interaction design and technology trends.\n\nFluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI UX\n\nCreates innovative visual design, layouts, iconography and interactive solutions to ensure that all projects are consistent with the corporate brand and identity.\n\nExperience with designing of multi-channel services or experiences.\n\nProvide detailed design and layout specifications for responsive / Adaptive / PWA UI design.\n\nExperience in participating in co-creation sessions and collaborative workshops with stakeholders and users.\n\nUnderstand and design complex functional specifications.\n\nResponsible for production design and asset management for each project assigned.\n\nOther Responsibilities:\nOngoing communication with team to help manage concepts and deliver milestone objectives\n\nParticipate in discussions on process and way of working improvement.\n\nContribute own ideas for internal projects and guidelines\n\nWork Experience and Education:\nAdvanced degree or equivalent experience in Human Computer Interaction, interaction design, digital media design or related design field.\n\nGood communication, interpersonal and organizational skills\n\nUX & UI & Visual design experience (and the portfolio to prove it) as a key, hands- on interaction/visual designer of a UI/UX team through the product development cycle of successfully launched web, mobile, and/or software applications.
