It will be well structured, signpostedand robustly supported. You’llbe able to deliver it confidently.\n\nYou are focused on effectiveness and competent in research, analyticsand reporting.\n\nYou have a senseof curiosity and interest in understanding business problems and developing strategic/creative solutionsto address them.\n\nYou are a self-starter and look to lead strategy rather than wait to be asked.\n\nYou work well with people within your team.
