You will work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements, build candidate pipelines, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who is organised, curious, confident communicating with people, and keen to develop within an international organisation.\nMission & Key Responsibilities\nSource potential candidates for roles across EMEA using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other relevant channels.\nReview applications and identify candidates who match role requirements.\nWrite and send engaging, personalised messages to prospective candidates.\nBuild and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.\nConduct initial candidate conversations and assess suitability against agreed criteria.\nPresent qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers via our applicant tracking system (Workday)\nPartner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and role requirements.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.\nStay informed about relevant talent markets, sourcing trends, and competitor activity across EMEA.\nAbout You\nExperience in recruitment, talent sourcing, resourcing, or a related people-focused role.\nIdeally, around one year of experience working with a recruitment agency, although candidates with transferable experience will also be considered.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nConfident engaging with candidates through email and LinkedIn.\nWell organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.\nCurious and motivated to learn about different roles, markets, and areas of the business.\nComfortable working collaboratively with colleagues across different countries and cultures.\nGood attention to detail and a professional approach to handling confidential information.\nDesirable Skills and Experience\nFluency in an additional European language.\nExperience supporting recruitment across multiple countries or markets.\nPrevious experience within the advertising, media, creative, communications, or marketing industries.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools.\nExperience working with agency, creative, media, or digital talent.\nContract Type :\nPermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
