Join our team as a HubSpot Operations Manager, where you will be responsible for the health and strategy of our HubSpot ecosystem across multiple brands. This is a system owner role, not a ticket queue, and you will work on-site in Denver alongside the sales, retail, and marketing teams. Your main responsibilities will include finding and fixing issues within the HubSpot system, managing multi-brand HubSpot architecture, ensuring data quality and governance, providing first-line HubSpot support, maintaining integrations and reliability, designing entry point strategies, building and improving sequences and customer communications, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Missions
- Proactively audit and fix issues in workflows, sequences, enrollment triggers, deal stages, and integrations to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage HubSpot for multiple brands, ensuring clean separation and consistency across portals, and own the rules that govern data quality and governance.
- Design and implement strategies for handling customer interactions based on their entry point, ensuring a coherent experience across multiple channels.
Profil recherché
- Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next- Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar
- Have managed HubSpot across multiple brands, business units, or portals (and can explain the tradeoffs of one shared account versus separate accounts), and have designed lead routing and lifecycle logic for customers arriving online, in store, and by phone
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including Sales Hub workflows, sequences, custom properties, pipelines, and reporting, with high attention to detail and a real commitment to data accuracy
- Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done
- Have supported sales teams directly, including pipeline management and deal stage design, and are highly responsive to internal stakeholders
- Bonus points if you also have experience with Marketing Hub, e-commerce or telephony integrations (e.g., Magento, Dialpad), or SQL and data warehouse syncs (e.g., Snowflake, Fivetran)
