You'll be the technical lead for our lifecycle stack across email, SMS, push, and onsite acquisition, while growing the AI-enabled automation that runs more of our campaign workflow every quarter.\nWhat You'll Own\nBraze and the broader lifecycle marketing technology stack across all seven brands, spanning email, SMS, push, and onsite acquisition\nLifecycle platform architecture and migration strategy: primary technical owner and project manager for migrations, net-new implementations, and major lifecycle technology initiatives\nIdentity resolution, event-level data integrity, and cross-brand lifecycle systems, as the primary lifecycle technical lead\nAutomated journeys for acquisition, retention, and long-term program health, built and maintained in line with marketing goals\nManagement of two offshore associates\nVendor relationships and technology integrations, managed for maximum ROI\nThe lifecycle team's operational workflow in Asana: automations for campaign handoffs, assignments, status transitions, and recurring batch-and-blast processes\nThe existing lifecycle automation codebase, workflows, and scheduled jobs\nDay-to-day project management for lifecycle campaign execution across Lifecycle, Creative/Design, and other stakeholders\nWhat You'll Drive\nScalable, efficient lifecycle operations: design, implement, and optimize the processes and technology that support growth and retention\nEngineering-ready requirements and acceptance criteria, translated from business impact, as lifecycle technical PM across Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering\nClean, timely data in partnership with Data, Product, and Engineering to drive the best customer experience and results\nTechnical test design and setup that produces clean, actionable results\nReporting on campaign performance, uptime, and output that informs strategic decisions\nExpansion of AI-enabled automation across the campaign workflow: briefing, campaign construction, QA, reporting, and anomaly detection\nPortfolio-wide scaling of automated briefing and campaign-build workflows that aren't yet deployed across all brands and campaign types\nReusable automation patterns that connect lifecycle requirements, brand rules, campaign configuration, platform APIs, data sources, QA, and reporting\nA prioritized pipeline of repetitive or error-prone processes to automate next, ranked by effort, risk, scalability, and business impact\nHuman review and controls around AI-enabled workflows, so automation never compromises campaign accuracy, brand standards, data integrity, or QA\nWe Are Looking for People Who\nHave 5+ years in marketing operations, CRM operations, or lifecycle technology, mostly hands-on in the platform\nHave deep Braze expertise: Canvas, segmentation, Liquid, custom events and attributes, and the data model underneath them\nWrite and maintain code that runs in production (scripts, API integrations, scheduled jobs) and can explain it to people who don't code\nHave led at least one ESP or CDP migration or net-new platform implementation end to end\nUnderstand identity resolution and event data pipelines, and are comfortable in Snowflake or similar\nWrite clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams\nHave managed direct reports (offshore or nearshore teams a plus)\nKnow email and SMS deliverability and compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA)\nBring a DTC e-commerce background (preferred), with multi-brand experience a plus\nOwn their systems: when something breaks, they find out before a stakeholder does\nTranslate business asks into specs engineers can build without a second meeting\nSet their teams up with clear SOPs and QA so they're never the bottleneck on a send\nBelieve AI is changing this job fast and already use it, and build with it, to move faster and think better\nAre energized by multi-brand complexity: seven brands, seven customer relationships, one stack\nAre self-starters who thrive in a lean, high-ownership environment\nAt Havenly, we're building with AI as part of how we work.
