In this role, you’ll be\naccountable for hitting the following critical goals:\nHelp the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater\nComplete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hours\nPrepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less (non-mass turn) and 17 days or less (mass turn)\nOur company runs purely on EOS.
