This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse personnel, monitors workflow performance, maintains compliance with company procedures and safety requirements, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and communicates operational priorities and issues to the Warehouse/Materials Manager.\nResponsibilities:\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification, logistics training, or related coursework preferred.\nMinimum of three years of experience in a warehouse, materials, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, or production support environment.\nMinimum of one year of experience using ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or related business software systems.\nPrior supervisory, lead, or team coordination experience preferred.\nValid driver’s license required.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to read, understand, and interpret work instructions, production documentation, inventory records, bills of material, and engineering drawings.\nAbility to write clear instructions, reports, shift updates, and documentation, and to present information effectively to employees, peers, and management.\nWorking knowledge of workplace safety practices required; familiarity with OSHA requirements preferred.\nAdditional Requirements:\nAbility to understand written and verbal instructions in English and communicate directions clearly to employess.\nAbility to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with company procedures and training requirements.\nAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations related to inventory, quantities, measurements, and production support.\nStrong communication, teamwork, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.\nAbility to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to push or pull up to 1,200 lbs. with a manual rolling assist device.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, sit, and climb ladders for more than one hour at a time as job duties require.\nAbility to work at heights of up to 20 feet when properly trained and authorized.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nVisual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\nWork Environment - Manufacturing:\nMachinery\nChemicals, (See SDS)\nDust\nNoise\nProtective clothing and equipment may be required\nUse of a computer or electronic equipment may be required\nHavis, Inc.\nHeadquartered in Warminster, PA \nISO 9001 and 14001 Certified - Quality Management System \nFast growing company in a niche, growing marketplace \nCompany offers Health, Dental, Vision and 401(k) Plan with employer match \n100% employer paid STD, LTD and Life & ADD benefits\nGenerous paid time off (PTO) and holiday benefits\nCompetitive pay commensurate with education, skills, and experience\nCompensation for this position is $30 - $36/hour.\nCompany Details\nHavis is at the forefront of revolutionizing industries by unlocking the full potential of technology to drive productivity and enhance safety through innovative mobility solutions.
