The Residential Housekeeper works collaboratively with other staff to ensure that every space reflects the care and respect we hold for the individuals and families we serve. This person is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for clients and employees. If the observed holiday falls on an employee’s regularly scheduled day off, the employee is not eligible for holiday pay.\n\n 401(k) Retirement Plan with a 125% employer match on employee contributions up to 4% of annual earnings for eligible full-time employees after one year of service\nVacation and sick leave eligibility, accruals, usage, rollover limits, holiday eligibility, and all benefit programs are administered in accordance with HAWC policies and applicable plan documents.\nQualifications\nThe Requirements We are Seeking:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent or in lieu of education an additional two years of directly related experience.\nA minimum of one year of experience providing housekeeping at a mid-size to large organization/facility.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Teams)\nComputer savvy and able to learn new applications and systems quickly. \nProfessional English.\nWhat you Deliver in this role:\nMaintain high standard of cleanliness in all common areas, creating a warm, clean, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.\nClean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as door handles and light switches, to reduce the risk of illness and ensure a safe environment for everyone. \nClean, dust, and wipe furniture, sweep, mop, and/or vacuum carpet in all offices.\nRegularly clean and organize staff areas, including the staff kitchen, to promote a positive and functional workspace. \nEmpty and clean waste receptacles and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.\nClean, sanitize, and re-fill designated restrooms, fill all dispensers, soap, paper towel and toilet paper.\nIdentify and report old or damaged furniture or appliances. Report any safety hazards.\nCollaborate with the residential team and respond to quickly address issues such as spills, broken items, and other concerns, ensuring a safe and sanitary living space. Ensure that all cleaning equipment/materials are maintained in a safe, sanitary, and efficient working condition. \nPrepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
