The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend technologies, API development, databases, cloud services, and modern software engineering practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end web applications.\n\n- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js or Angular.\n\n- Build scalable backend applications and services using Python with FastAPI/Django or equivalent frameworks.\n\n- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.\n\n- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX teams, data engineers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and develop efficient data access solutions.\n\n- Implement authentication, authorization, security, logging, and error-handling mechanisms.\n\n- Develop cloud-ready applications and support deployments in AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.\n\n- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\n\n- Develop automated unit and integration tests and contribute to CI/CD processes.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and engineering best practices.\n\nRequired Technical Skills :\n\n- 5 - 10 years of software development experience with strong full-stack development expertise.\n\n- Strong frontend development experience with React.js and/or Angular.\n\n- Strong backend programming skills using Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or similar backend frameworks.\n\n- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and microservices-based architectures.\n\n- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.\n\n- Exposure to NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Redis.\n\n- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and code-quality practices.\n\n- Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments.\n\n- Good understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable application design.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, or DynamoDB.\n\n- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Experience with GraphQL and OpenAPI/Swagger.\n\n- Familiarity with DevOps and automated deployment practices.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\n\n- Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Analytics, or Data/AI platform experience would be an advantage.\n\nBehavioral & Leadership Skills :\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Ability to independently own technical modules and deliverables.\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed
