The ideal candidate will be responsible for enabling Scrum practices, removing impediments, improving team effectiveness, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.\n\n- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.\n\n- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Remove or facilitate the resolution of impediments that affect team productivity and delivery.\n\n- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog.\n\n- Ensure the team maintains appropriate sprint goals, commitments, and delivery plans.\n\n- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and other Agile delivery metrics.\n\n- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues and ensure timely resolution.\n\n- Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, business, architecture, and other cross-functional teams.\n\n- Promote transparency and provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, quality, predictability, and overall Agile maturity.\n\n- Support dependency management across multiple teams and programs.\n\n- Help teams adopt effective estimation, planning, and capacity management practices.\n\n- Ensure Agile processes are followed while avoiding unnecessary process overhead.\n\nUnique Knowledge & Skill Requirement :\n\n- 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with significant experience as a Scrum Master.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Agile ceremonies.\n\n- Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective sessions.\n\n- Proven experience in identifying and removing impediments and managing delivery risks.\n\n- Strong experience working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.\n\n- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed Agile teams.\n\n- Strong knowledge of backlog management, story refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and release planning.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.\n\n- Experience tracking Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and team capacity.\n\n- Strong understanding of dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management.\n\n- Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Ability to coach teams and individuals on Agile practices and continuous improvement.\n\n- Experience working in enterprise-level technology programs is preferred.\n\n- Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks is an added advantage.\n\n- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries is preferred.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)\n\n- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)\n\n- SAFe Scrum Master certification\n\n- PMI-ACP certification\n\n- Experience working with globally distributed teams.\n\n- Experience supporting multiple
