As part of the Cloud Video Framework team, you will develop backend solutions that enable high-performance video experiences, working with core audio/video technologies, media processing, codecs, streaming, and low-latency systems.\nWe’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong C++ skills, a curious mindset, and a passion for solving real-world problems in high-pressure environments. Whether you’re optimising multithreaded code for live encoding, interfacing with video hardware, or building scalable tooling systems, you’ll be making a direct impact on how fans, players, officials, and broadcasters experience sport.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement components for our systems and tooling platforms\n\nYou will work on developing and optimizing cloud video frameworks, including audio/video processing, streaming technologies, low-latency systems, and scalable cloud-based media solutions\n\nTaking part in field testing and supporting deployments at live sporting events\n\nPartnering with product teams and customers to refine and deliver the best solutions\n\nChampioning high code quality and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement\n\nLeading technical discussions and contributing to architectural and design decisions\n\nMentoring and supporting junior and mid-level engineers\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProficiency in modern C++ (ideally up to C++20)\n\nExperience writing multithreaded, performance-optimised code\n\nFamiliarity with tools like Git, Visual Studio, and debugging workflows\n\nExperience with networking (TCP/IP stack, streaming protocols) is required.
