Our professionals work closely with experienced leaders, develop meaningful client relationships, and have opportunities to expand their technical expertise and leadership skills.\nWhether you're early in your accounting career or looking to take the next step as an experienced professional, Hawkins Ash CPAs offers opportunities to develop your skills, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact for clients.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPerform audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon-procedures for not-for-profit entities, commercial entities, and employee benefit plans\nPlan the engagement, perform fieldwork, prepare full disclosure financial statements and required reports for management and regulating agencies, perform other non-audit accounting services, and prepare tax returns (if applicable)\nTravel to/from engagements, which includes some overnight travel when needed\nRespond to RFP’s\nEvaluate and provide staff with leadership and career guidance\nActively participate in community activities to develop positive relationships with community leaders and members\nPrepare workpapers and returns for tax clients\nAttend continuing professional education seminars\nTravel to/from engagements, which may include overnight travel as needed\nPerform other duties as assigned\nOur ideal candidate will have:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, with CPA or CPA eligibility\nSix years of experience providing accounting and financial services is preferred;
