The role involves working closely with customers, understanding their technical requirements, preparing suitable solutions and quotations, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through to successful completion.\nThe ideal candidate should be able to understand technical products and applications, communicate solutions clearly to customers, and develop strong long-term customer relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.\n\nVisit customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.\n\nRecommend suitable products, equipment, and technical solutions based on customer needs.\n\nPrepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.\n\nConduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.\n\nProvide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.\n\nFollow up on sales leads, quotations, inquiries, and ongoing projects.\n\nCoordinate with engineering, service, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.\n\nAchieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.\n\nMonitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.\n\nAttend customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.\n\nCandidate Profile\nDegree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.\n\nPrevious experience in technical sales engineering will be an added advantage.\n\nStrong technical knowledge and the ability to understand customer applications.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\n\nCustomer-oriented and target-driven approach.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.\n\nWillingness to travel for customer visits.\n\nValid driving license will be an added advantage.\n\nIf you think you have what it takes to be successful in this challenging role, please click on “Apply Now”.
