auditors, bank representatives, regulators, consultants and health care professionals.\n\nCollaborate with clinical department heads (nursing, labs, pharmacy) to manage budgets and improve efficiency.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n\nFull/Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.\n\nMinimum 5 years of working experience in finance and audit functions, with prior experience of at least 3 years in the healthcare sector.\n\nDeep knowledge of IFRS/SLFRS, strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel skills.\n\nUnderstanding of hospital operations, healthcare billing, and local healthcare regulations in Sri Lanka.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\n\nExcellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.\n\nExceptional communication skills, able to present to the Board and interact with all levels of staff including
