This position can be based in our New York City or Paramus, NJ office on a hybrid work schedule; three (3) days in office depending on business needs.\nJob Overview:\nThe Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in the promotion and delivery of continuing medical education courses for three brands: myCME.com, Haymarket Medical Education (HME), and NACE.\nResponsibilities:\nExecute digital marketing campaigns to support overall campaign objectives and performance goals, including building emails and submitting scheduling requests to Email Ops\n\nReview email schedule to ensure all campaigns are scheduled and deployed appropriately\n\nCreate and manage Learner Notifications within the proprietary LMS, ensuring timely and relevant communication\n\nFacilitate cross-promotion across Haymarket Medical Network sister sites, ensuring accurate placement and timing including banner ads, newsletters, ad modules, etc.\n\nEnsure accuracy and quality assurance across all marketing communications prior to deployment\n\nCoordinate bi-monthly placement of activities on myCME.com specialty pages to enhance visibility and engagement\n\nQualifications include:\nAt least three (3) years of related work experience\n\nBA/BS degree required in Marketing or Communications\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills including creative/copywriting experience\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nExcellent time management and communication skills\n\nSelf-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects\n\nExperience in HTML is a plus\n\nExperience with Eloqua or other Email Service Providers is a plus\n\nWhat We Offer:\nA competitive compensation package\n\nThe salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000.
