experienced a Senior Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.The QA Analyst will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for financial planning solutions, with particular focus on Oracle EPM / Hyperion capabilities supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and management planning.The successful candidate will combine strong QA practices with an understanding of financial processes and will work closely with Finance, FP&A, business stakeholders, functional analysts, developers, and project teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and produce accurate, reliable financial results.\nKey Responsibilities\nQuality Assurance & TestingDevelop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.\nExecute functional, system integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nValidate system configurations, business rules, calculations, workflows, integrations, and reporting.\nDocument defects clearly, including expected versus actual results, supporting evidence, severity, and business impact.\nCoordinate defect triage, retesting, and closure with functional and technical teams.\nMaintain testing traceability between business requirements, test cases, defects, and final validation results.\nSupport test-cycle readiness and provide clear reporting on test execution, defects, risks, and overall quality.\n\nFinance & EPM ValidationValidate EPM solutions supporting: Annual budgeting and planning\nForecasting and rolling forecasts\nFinancial modelling and scenario analysis\nWorkforce and compensation planning\nCapital expenditure planning\nOperating expense and revenue planning\nAllocation models\nFinancial reporting and management reporting\n\nValidate financial calculations, assumptions, drivers, business rules, and data consistency.\nReconcile EPM results against source systems, approved financial models, or established Finance benchmarks.\nVerify dimensional structures such as accounts, entities, departments, cost centres, scenarios, versions, periods, and other planning dimensions.\nValidate data loads, data transformations, mappings, and integrations between EPM and upstream/downstream systems.\nEnsure actuals, budgets, forecasts, and scenarios are represented consistently and accurately throughout the solution.\n\nBusiness & Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Finance and FP&A teams to understand budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and reporting requirements.\nTranslate business requirements and acceptance criteria into detailed test scenarios.\nSupport Finance users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nHelp business users identify appropriate test scenarios, expected results, and financial reconciliation criteria.\nFacilitate defect discussions involving business, functional, technical, and implementation teams.\nIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks before production deployment.\n\nRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.\nApproximately 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, business systems testing, financial systems, or a related discipline.\nDemonstrated experience testing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or EPM solutions.\nHands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Hyperion Planning, or comparable EPM platforms.\nStrong knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes.\nStrong understanding of: Budgeting and forecasting\nFinancial modelling\nVariance analysis\nActual vs. budget/forecast reconciliation\nFinancial reporting\nCost centres and organizational structures\nFinancial assumptions and business drivers\n\nExperience developing and executing structured test cases and documenting defects.\nExperience supporting or coordinating UAT with Finance stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPreferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle EPM solutions such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, or related Oracle EPM Cloud capabilities.\nExperience with Smart View and Excel-based financial analysis.\nExperience validating integrations between EPM, ERP, HR, payroll, or other enterprise systems.\nExperience with financial data reconciliation and large-volume data validation.\nFamiliarity with defect/test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.\nExperience delivering solutions in a project-based or transformation environment.\nKnowledge of automated testing or data-validation techniques would be considered an asset.\nExperience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.\n\nKey CompetenciesThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:Financial acumen: Understands how budgets, forecasts, assumptions, and financial models work, rather than simply testing screens and workflows.\nAttention to detail: Able to identify discrepancies in calculations, mappings, rules, and financial data.\nAnalytical thinking: Can determine whether an output is financially logical as well as technically correct.\nBusiness orientation: Understands the impact of system defects on Finance
