As part of the Data & Digital Innovation team, you’ll contribute to strengthening enterprise data governance, improving data quality and accountability, and supporting major initiatives including data cataloguing and ERP modernization.\nYour New RoleAs a Data Governance Business Analyst, you’ll help implement and mature an enterprise-wide data governance program. You’ll bridge business and technical teams, developing governance frameworks, policies, processes and training while helping stakeholders adopt consistent data management practices. This role offers the opportunity to influence how data is governed across the organization while supporting high-profile transformation initiatives.\nKey ResponsibilitiesImplement and enhance data governance frameworks, policies, standards, operating models and quality control processes.\nPartner with business and technical stakeholders to identify governance requirements and translate them into practical solutions.\nDevelop governance documentation, training materials and awareness programs, and deliver workshops and training sessions.\nConduct maturity assessments, analyze business processes, map data flows and lineage, and identify opportunities to strengthen governance controls.\nEstablish metrics and KPIs to measure governance effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.\nSupport data cataloguing, ERP modernization and other enterprise data initiatives while facilitating governance committees and working groups.\n\nWhat You'll Need to SucceedMust-Have RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Data Management, Computer Science or a related discipline.\n5+ years of experience in data governance, data management or a closely related role.\nStrong knowledge of data governance frameworks, principles, policies, standards and best practices.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview.\nDemonstrated experience developing training materials and delivering presentations, workshops or training to varied stakeholder groups.\nStrong business analysis, facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical data concepts into clear business language.\nNice-to-Have RequirementsData governance or data management certification such as CDMP or DGPO, and/or a relevant master’s degree.\nExperience with Microsoft Power BI/Power Platform, data governance technologies, regulatory frameworks and change or project management methodologies.\nExposure to ERP modernization, particularly SAP S/4HANA, and/or Asset Information Management.\nWhat Success Looks LikeData governance policies, standards and operating practices are effectively embedded across business and technical teams.\nStakeholders understand their data responsibilities and actively adopt governance practices through effective engagement and training.\nGovernance maturity improves through measurable controls, KPIs, data lineage and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat You'll Get in ReturnThis is a two-year contract offering the opportunity to play a meaningful role in a large-scale data and digital transformation.
