You will help shape and advance the organization’s security capabilities across cloud, identity, network, and application\ndomains.\nIn this role, you will provide strategic technical planning, architecture guidance, and design expertise while partnering closely\nwith business and IS teams to protect the organization’s assets and enable secure delivery of business priorities.\nYou will also serve as a trusted escalation point for the security team, offering technical leadership, mentoring, and practical guidance on complex security challenges.\n\nWho you are \nYou’re a consensus builder and a problem-solver who drives innovation to meet business\nobjectives.\nYou understand that business strategy drives technology innovation.\nYou don't look only for problems to solve but you also bring alternatives to address a challenge while improving the company's security maturity.\nYou first try to understand why things are the way they are and then adjust the course of action based on risk and business impact.\nYou have demonstrated excellence with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and\nmethodology development.\nYour exceptional communication skills allow you to translate technical language for non-technical audiences and translate business language for non-business audiences.\nYou have a keen eye for detail and excellent listening, analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nYou’re as comfortable leading and mentoring a team as you are being an individual contributor.\nYou're a team player where you thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and enjoy partnering with others to achieve shared goals.\nWhat you’ll do \nDevelop, document and maintain an enterprise security architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with business objectives\nand industry standards.\nLead Zero Trust architecture design and implementation across identity, device, network, and application control planes.\nArchitect and drive adoption of SASE/SSE solutions (SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP) to close visibility gaps across\nenterprise applications.\nProvide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into the software development lifecycle.\nAlign solutions with PCI DSS, NIST CSF, and internal risk frameworks through practical architectural controls.\nDesign and enhance security logging and monitoring architecture, including SIEM pipelines and log ingestion strategies.\nInvestigate security incidents and collaborate on post-incident reviews, offering recommendations for remediation and prevention.\nLead adoption of emerging AI-enabled security paradigms to strengthen security posture.\nWhat you bring\nCISSP, Undergraduate in Computer Science, Applicable Certifications or Diploma.\n10+ years of working in a security-focused role with a minimum of 3 years of architectural experience.\nDemonstrated experience designing Zero Trust and SASE/SSE architectures.\nStrong understanding of identity-centric security (Entra ID, IAM, PAM).\nExperience with cloud security architecture tooling (CSPM, CWPP, SSPM).\nExperience making architecture trade-off decisions in high-stakes environments.\nExperience providing technical incident response and operational support to engineering teams.\nProven track record acting as a lead architect across complex enterprise initiatives.\nKnowledge of system design and architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, ESA\nis a plus.\nProven excellent oral and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work both independently and with other team members.\nAbility to create systems and consistent procedures and processes in both technical and user-friendly language.\nProven ability to be proactive when dealing with issues and challenges.\nExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent multi-taking and organizational skills.\n\n If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
