You'll support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and project cost management while owning select project finances. The position includes requisition and PO administration, financial analysis, and vendor-related activities across IT infrastructure projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities• Manage project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and monthly reporting\n• Monitor financial performance, risks, and forecast impacts\n• Support project managers and senior controllers with project governance activities\n• Create and manage requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor transactions\n• Track project costs and ensure reporting accuracy\n• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and project stakeholders\n\nWhat You'll Need to SucceedMust-Have Requirements• 3–5 years of project controls experience\n• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting\n• Previous exposure to IT, technology, or infrastructure projects\n• SAP experience\n• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and project teams\n• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow\n\nNice-to-Have Requirements• SAP Project Systems (PS) experience\n• IT infrastructure, network, cloud, or data centre project experience\n• Requisition, purchase order, procurement, or vendor management experience\n\nWhat Success Looks Like• Deliver accurate forecasts and financial reporting\n• Maintain strong budget and cost controls\n• Build effective relationships across project and finance teams\n\nWhat You'll Get in ReturnYou'll join a supportive team with opportunities to develop your project controls expertise while gaining exposure to large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives.
