With its Canadian office in Mississauga and engineering teams around the world, the business supports major projects from early studies through detailed design, construction and commissioning.\n\nYour new role \nBased in Mississauga, you will take a visible leadership role within a growing Canadian operation while supporting complex projects across ECG's international network.\nLead power-system modelling and simulation using PowerFactory, ETAP and PSCAD\n\nDeliver dynamic-stability, protection-coordination, harmonics and transient studies\n\nSupport renewable-energy, BESS, grid-integration and microgrid projects\n\nDevelop models, scenarios, scripts and technical recommendations\n\nReview and guide work completed by power-system engineers\n\nPresent options, assumptions, risks and recommendations to clients\n\nCoordinate scope, schedule, resources and study deliverables\n\nSupport projects through design, construction and commissioning\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed \nDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related disciplineDemonstrated hands-on experience building power-system studies from the ground up\n\n Advanced capability in PowerFactory and/or ETAP, plus PSCAD/EMT exposure\n\nMining, mineral-processing, renewable-energy, utility or heavy-industrial experience\n\nStrong written, verbal and client-facing communication skills\n\nP.Eng. in Ontario, or eligibility to obtain it, strongly preferred\n\nAbility to work from the Mississauga office five days per week\n\nWhat you'll get in return \nBase salary targeted between $160,000 -
