The organization is expanding its governance and enablement capabilities to help business teams innovate safely while maintaining strong standards around security, data protection, compliance and responsible AI.\nYour New RoleAs the Power Platform Administrator & Governance Lead, you will take ownership of the administration, governance and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI. You will oversee environments, security controls, Copilot and AI Builder capabilities, while helping establish scalable standards for citizen development. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on platform expertise with governance leadership, AI enablement and enterprise-wide stakeholder engagement.\nKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister Power Platform environments across non-production and production, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder and Copilot capabilities.\nOwn platform governance, including environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, access controls, application lifecycle management (ALM), risk classification and production readiness.\nManage Copilot and AI Builder enablement, usage controls, consumption, allocation and cost optimization.\nGovern Power BI workspaces, datasets, sharing models and tenant health to support secure, reliable and compliant analytics.\nLead or support the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and citizen development program, providing practical guardrails, reusable patterns, training and maker-community enablement.\nMonitor platform adoption, AI usage, compliance and solution maturity, providing meaningful reporting and insights to technology leadership, governance stakeholders and audit teams.\n\nWhat You'll Need to SucceedMust-Have RequirementsStrong hands-on experience administering and governing enterprise Microsoft Power Platform environments.\nDemonstrated expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, including environment management and production governance.\nStrong knowledge of Power Platform governance and security, including DLP policies, access management, environment strategy and ALM.\nExperience administering or governing Power BI, including workspaces, datasets, sharing models, access controls and tenant-level governance.\nPractical experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or AI Builder, including enterprise enablement, controls, consumption or governance.\nProven ability to implement or lead a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), citizen development or enterprise governance program and work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.\nNice-to-Have RequirementsExperience managing AI consumption, capacity or credit allocation, forecasting and cost optimization.\nExperience developing reusable Power Platform templates, patterns, starter kits or reference architectures.\nExposure to enterprise responsible AI, regulatory compliance, risk management or audit requirements.\nWhat Success Looks LikePower Platform, Power BI and AI capabilities operate within clear, scalable security and governance controls.\nBusiness teams can innovate through citizen development without compromising data protection, compliance or production standards.\nLeadership has clear visibility into platform adoption, compliance, AI consumption, cost and solution maturity.\n\nWhat You'll Get in ReturnYou will have the opportunity to shape how a major enterprise adopts Power Platform and emerging Microsoft AI capabilities at scale.
