The firm offers a collaborative, team-focused environment with an emphasis on strong technical standards, mentorship, and continued professional development.\nYour new role \nAs a senior member of the architectural team, you will take the lead on technical coordination and delivery across projects of varying size and complexity. Working closely with project leadership, you’ll oversee drawing production, detailing, and specifications while ensuring work meets applicable building codes, standards, and internal quality requirements.\nYou’ll coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders, proactively identifying technical challenges and developing practical solutions.
